   Most of the time, I do not charge fees for hotel bookings, or those that are fairly straightforward. However, when itineraries involve multiple families, components and/or locations, I invest a good deal of time and thought (and often information from other colleagues). In those cases a fee covers my time investment and preserves my professional relationships. If you’d like assistance with air, I’ve got you covered. My expert air team is amazing, and charges a nominal fee per ticket.

5. Receive your final itinerary
   As your trip evolves, each detail will be added to a customized itinerary that you can print, for reference. Or, you can opt to download the sleek app, where everything is all in an easy to navigate format flights / hotel confirmations / transfers / touring / dining recommendations / emergency contact information all at your fingertips.
